PREGNANCY CLASSES
Include a range of exercises safe for all stages of pregnancy, pelvic floor training, pregnancy and post-natal topics and a fun chance to socialise with other expecting mums. It can be challenging to keep exercising if you have low energy, pain or are unsure what is safe during pregnancy. A progressive range of exercises designed for you to start anytime from 6 weeks after your baby is born (including after c-section). Bring your bub along, we look forward to seeing you both there! Classes includes pelvic floor training, post-natal topics and a chance to have some fun time with other mums.
 
Starting exercise in a safe, supportive environment is the perfect way to get active knowing your are helping your body to recover. It is important to do the right exercises to help you return to the activities you love!
