Having suffered on and off with lower back pain. Finally discovered it was the sacroiliac joint. It was also probably responsible recently to a knee pain. Didn't even know this joint existed! Since using the Serola belt I am sleeping better (less tossing and turning) my knee pain (of many months) has disappeared and my slightly uneven hip seems to be levelling out. My thanks to my cardiologist and massage therapist who finally identified the problem.
I got this belt on the recommendation of a physio, and it certainly stabilises the pelvis while you build up your own strength. Even though I live rurally, it arrived within 2 days of me ordering, and that is very unusual.
