Simply loosen the toggle down to widen the opening, stretch over the penis and/or pump and place it around the base of the penis (the size can be adjusted according to personal needs).

Constriction rings work by constricting blood flow once you have achieved an erection, keeping blood in the shaft of the penis for longer. The ring is usually placed around the base of a semi-erect penis.
